CTE Mission Statement:
The mission of Simsbury CTE is to bridge the gap between education and industry by providing students with hands-on learning opportunities, fostering career exploration, and developing the essential skills and attributes needed for personal and professional success.

In collaboration with stakeholders, we are dedicated to:

• Implementing a CTE curriculum for grades 7-12, including clear guidelines, resources, promotional materials, and professional development.
• Providing resources and strategies to increase enrollment, achievement, and program completion among special populations in secondary and postsecondary CTE programs.
• Promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion while inspiring excellence and innovation.
• Partnering with community members, local businesses, and industries to create meaningful career pathways.
